LifeGroups are central to how we grow together in faith and are a part of the living experience of Faith Community Church. Through Christ-centered relationships we discover and use our gifts, find meaning to life and learn how to navigate through daily challenges with encouragement and support.
Made up of small groups of people, LifeGroups, just like people, are diversified in interests but unified in purpose. We “do life together” by growing in the knowledge of God’s Word and helping one another “stay the course” in our walk with the Lord. Weekly meetings keep us on track as we learn how to respond in life with God’s love and wisdom. Everyone needs meaningful relationships where friends pray for friends, and neighbors support one another in times of challenge and in times of joy.

Made up of small circles of people, LifeGroups are gatherings designed to help people discover their God-given passions, grow in their faith, make new friends, and support one another on their journey with God.

Why offer LifeGroups?
|
At FCC, one of our church goals is to grow larger & smaller at the same time. LifeGroups provide us the opportunity as a growing church to maintain a level of intimacy & connection between all of our members. It is our response as a church to a culture that is crying out for community - crying out with a need to belong. At a time when family members are living further & further apart, our LifeGroups help us connect to God & one another!

When and where do LifeGroups meet?
|
Our LifeGroups meet at various “host homes” throughout Staten Island. Some groups may meet at our Winthrop location. LifeGroup dates, times & locations are listed in our LifeGroup Directory.

How do I join a LifeGroup?
|
Joining a LifeGroup is easy. Start by looking through the LifeGroup Directory online, find a group and join. You will then be contacted by the LifeGroup Leader through email with additional info.
